BUHARI OPENS UP TO ITS CRITICS

APC national meeting was held in Abuja at their office and issues concerning the nation and their part was discussed.

President Buhari used the opportunity to hint his party's leader the what his administration has done so far.

On Channel TV news@10 📺 , I saw Mr President in relaxed mood but his Facial expressions reflect his mood inside on different.  His Hausa dialect flavoured his English assent as usual. Though he was eloquent and elegantly, he enthralled me his soft spoken manner. 😃

He explained his reason for frequent travels ✈ to abroad; his slow administration perception 🐌; economic  situation 💰;  corruption in Petroleum sector ; electoral violence and university's board. By the you read through,  by his reply to is critics 😠, Slow and steady wins the race,  indeed.

Frequent travels - He said" sometimes you need to present your case on a personal basis to your economic colleagues and neighbours. Nothing's than personal touch  and I believe that we learning a lot and eventually, the nation we realise so."

His slow administration - He explained that the task was enormous, in the last 10 months, restructure of ministries from 42 to 24 to cut cost and for better efficiency  and alongside, the demand for national budget was done.

Economic Conditions - He said that 24 states could not pay workers 👷 salaries because of dwindling oil price. Although he assured that with TSA in place  they were able to know money with CBN . He mentioned that 3 Trillion or more had been mopped up.

He said " We insist that we have to know what Comes in and what comes out for us to make  a comprehensive amendment to the economy.  If you go and see the CBN Governor, he will have more than N3 trillion " . Then he asked where would this money have been  TSA was not in vogue. Assured better days ahead by the structure in place.

Corruption in NNPC: As you know it is  a ocean-like milk being greedily drunk by few while great number of people being deprived of it.

President said " We have tried to make sure that NNPC is reorganised, so that we know how much is sold and to which account the money is going. But I tell you that up to the time we came, if anybody told you that he knew how much of crude exchanged hands either on high sea or reaching their destination  and account the money were to, that person would not be telling truth.

He also said more: We are getting the cooperation of countries that have records of this  crude oil. We have to be sure of the facts in hand before we start prosecution so that Nigeria will believe what we have been telling them.

On Rivers State rerun election he promised his administration will do something by the next general election  at this stage of political development. He condemned it strongly.

He confirmed that the sacked members of university board had been reversed.
