The rerun election was characterised basically violent and gory.
INEC decision to cancel election in some local governments had been seen by any contemplative person to predict what is going to happen to the result. If INEC did contrarily definitely there competency and discretion would be questioned or condemned.
Therefore, their reasons are justifiable and acceptable. It is due to high rate of violence, snatching of ballot boxes, harassment of INEC officials and violation of electoral guidelines.
Even Gov Wike never dispute the cancellation because he alluded to it by pointing accusative fingers to Nigerians Army deployment and Amaechi that spurred the incence witnessed in Rivers.
