In Abuja, the Senate's committee on petroleum downstream were on the field inspecting filling stations 🚉 ,yesterday .
They confirmed that many stations did not have the product. The committee chairman said the situation is unacceptable and they decided to call the State Minister for Petroleum to explain what is the challenging and see where they can help.
Last week, Ibe Nwachukwu assured Nigerians on fuel ⛽ availability by May. Saying he was not a magician met the anger of many. 😡 🔥
Reality on the street, in some part of Lagos, like Ikorodun, fuel is sold at the range of N130 -N150. While the black-market for the product sells 4 litres @ N1200.
