Finally 2016 budget is passed by National Assembly today. It is N6.06trillion budget. Initially the Budget was presented with a worth of N6.07tr.
Before his passage we were dramatically stunned that the budget was missing . Later, we heard doctored, padding and inconsistency At last it is passed.
The bill now to be sent to the President for assent. And we also wait to be revealed to the public.
